In this year, we came to an agreement to acquire Cortec Corporation’s preservation service division, Cortec Global Services (CGS). At the time of the transition, the company was based in White Bear, near St. Paul, Minnesota.

The company focuses on changing industry norms by utilizing new-to-the-industry technology, vapor phase corrosion inhibitors, also known as VpCI®, from Cortec Corporation. Corrosion inhibitors stop corrosion by forming a protective barrier on metal surfaces, therefore disrupting corrosion reactions. Today, these products are well-recognized for various applications in different industries.
