Main Features
Hammering Impact. This hammering effect removes old paint, bitumen, epoxy, rust, and corrosion layers without generating heat.
Very thorough cleanliness and roughened surface. Even tough materials like coaltar epoxy, adhesives, or sealants are easily removed, leaving surfaces ready for Bristle Blasting.
Flexible SBR Discs. The SBR discs contain tungsten carbide pins positioned at a specific angle for optimal impact force.
Centrifugal Force Activation. When rotating, centrifugal force causes the pins to strike the surface in a controlled pendulum motion.
