The WAND-Online service offers fully digitalized corrosion monitoring allowing you to access precise real-time wall-thickness measurements from your desk via the cloud-based iDART software minimizing the need for on-site personnel. WAND sensors are mounted on the surface of pipework or vessels and can be embedded under coatings insulation or composite repairs due to their low-profile design. Remote Data Collectors (RDCs) capture thickness and temperature measurements from the sensors at set intervals. This data is sent via Bluetooth 5.0 to the Gateway which then transmits it via 4G to the iDART software. Users can access and configure the RDCs through the iDART software. WAND-Online is easy to set up doesn’t require an onsite WiFi network and delivers accurate trendable wall-thickness data without the need for on-site personnel.
