Leveraging our decades of expertise in corrosion prevention and asset protection, we devised a comprehensive plan to restore the equipment to its optimal condition. We utilized products from Cortec Corporation, which are renowned for their reliability and eco-friendly composition. These products were specifically chosen to address the rust issue effectively while ensuring minimal environmental impact. Our approach was not just about removing the rust but also about providing long-term protection to prevent future occurrences.
We began by thoroughly assessing the condition of the equipment to determine the extent of the rust damage. This initial assessment allowed us to tailor our approach to the specific needs of the client.
We then employed advanced preservation techniques, starting with the application of VpCI® 423 for rust removal. This was followed by surface cleaning using VpCI® 418 to ensure that all contaminants were eliminated.
To provide surface protection, we applied CorrVerter®, which acts as a primer and prevents further corrosion. CorrVerter® in this case was used on the parts that were painted. For long-term preservation, we used VpCI® 368, which offers robust protection against harsh environmental conditions. Finally, we applied VpCI® 126, a UV-resistant film, to safeguard the equipment from UV damage.
By employing these advanced techniques and high-quality products, we ensured that the assets remained in optimal condition for the long term.
